A beautiful line...

Heard this line in an amazingly fantastic movie called the Kung-Fu panda! It is a must watch :)

You are too concerned with what was and what is going to be.

Yesterday was a history, tomorrow is a mystery,

but today is a GIFT! That is why it is called PRESENT! :)

This line makes so much sense. All our life we either keep regretting the past or are anxious about the future... We miss out on the present moment then... Its like if you are in a beautiful garden, amidst beautiful flowers with butterflies all over the place and if your mind is not there then do you think you would be able to appreciate this heavenly scene? Do you think that if your mind is caught up in the past happenings you can experience the beautiful moment which is now? It really saddens me, when i see people complaining, regretting, or grudging all the time. Why don't they see that Present moment is but inevitable?!

Why are we slaves of our feelings? Why is our life governed by our emotions and not committments? Why do we fear so much? Why why why??

The only answer is that we are not in touch with ourselves, our true nature! And to experience that what you need to do would be the next post... I am not procastinating this because i am being lazy, all i want you to do is to develop patience :)
