Are you aware?



Let’s do a small powerful exercise:

1. Identify the state of your mind - happy, sad, high, low, ecstatic, stressed, etc.

2. Take a deep breath in.

3. Hold it (for 2-3 seconds)

4. Let go. 

Observe what happens. Before I elucidate further, do share your experience.
